Developer Relations Advocate
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Developer Relations Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Developer Relations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with developers and promoting our company's products and technologies within the developer community. You will serve as the bridge between our company and external developers, ensuring effective communication, support, and collaboration. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, technologically proficient, and has a deep understanding of developer needs and trends.

Job Responsibilities
Developer Community Engagement:
● Build and nurture relationships with developers, technology influencers, and community leaders through various channels (online forums, social media, events, etc.).
● Act as a primary point of contact for developers, providing support, guidance, and resources to assist them in effectively using our products and APIs.
● Proactively engage with developers to gather feedback, identify pain points, and relay them to internal teams for product improvement.
● Foster a positive developer experience by organizing and participating in community events, hackathons, meetups, and conferences.
Technical Advocacy:
● Serve as a technical advocate and evangelist for our company's products, technologies, and developer ecosystem.
● Develop compelling technical content, including tutorials, sample code, documentation, and blog posts, to assist developers in understanding and utilizing our products.
● Collaborate with internal engineering teams to provide developer feedback and influence product roadmaps based on market needs and trends. Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and training sessions to educate developers about our products and best practices.
Developer Support:
● Respond to developer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide guidance through various support channels (email, forums, chat, etc.).
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of developer issues, while keeping developers informed about the progress.
● Identify and escalate complex technical challenges to appropriate teams and provide feedback on potential solutions.
Market Intelligence:
● Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings in the developer relations space.
● Conduct research and analysis to identify market opportunities and inform product strategies.
● Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams regarding developer needs, preferences, and potential partnerships.
Skill Sets and qualifications required:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A higher degree is a plus.
Proven experience in developer relations, technical advocacy, or a similar role, preferably within the technology industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with developers, community members, and internal stakeholders.
● Strong technical background and proficiency in programming languages, APIs, and development tools.
● Deep understanding of developer needs, workflows, and challenges.
● Experience in creating technical content, such as tutorials, sample code, and documentation.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
● Passion for technology and a keen interest in keeping up with the latest industry trends.
● Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences, events, and client visits.
